Day 1: Arrival in Palermo
Welcome to Palermo - the stunning capital of Sicily. Upon arrival, you are met by your private guide and driver at the airport, and soon you arrive at the hotel for check-in.

The rest of the day is at your own leisure to relax after the trip.

Day 2: Palermo City and Street Food Tour
Following breakfast in the hotel, you meet with the private guide to enjoy a sightseeing and street food tour.

Palermo has been a crossroads for cultures and civilizations for 8 millennia. And today you visit the Norman Palace and the Palatine Chapel, walk by the historic sites, witness the main highlights of the city and feel the atmosphere of traditions at the local market. 

You have a chance to delight yourself with the tastiest Sicilian dishes like arancini, sfincione, Sicilian pizza, panelle and crocche. You walk in a local pastries shop and enjoy cannolo and last but not least you taste the best granita in town. A perfect combination to explore the city!

After the tour you return to the hotel. 

Day 3: Architectural Traditions of Erice and Salt Pans of Trapani
Following breakfast in the hotel, meet with your private guide and driver and embark on a day tour to Erice, a wonderfully preserved town offering the most breathtaking views and a palpable sense of history. 

Erice boasts 60 churches, some dating back to the early 1300's, and two incredible castles, Pepoli Castle and Venus Castle. During the tour of Erice you visit the Chiesa Matrice Church. 

One more highlight today is a visit to the local pasticceria for a tasting of the famous cannoli, Sicilian cassata, almond pastries and other delicious culinary masterpieces. This unique pasticceria is well-known for its traditions and amazing taste all around Italy and even beyond. 

Together with the guide and driver, you also travel to famous Salt Pans located in the nature reserve. Here you arrive at the best panoramic viewpoint, learn about the way the salt harvest works and visit the Salt Museum.

After the tour you return to the hotel in Palermo. 

Day 4: Departure to Agrigento
Following breakfast and check-out, you have the first half of the day at leisure. 

In the early afternoon meet with your private driver to continue the journey across Sicily. 

Day 4: Arrival in Agrigento
Before arriving in Agrigento you have a stop at one of the local wineries, where you take a tour to the cellars, explore its grounds, have a tasting and lunch. This historic area of Sicily is known for expressive, light white wines and full-bodied red wines.

Together with the driver you continue to Agrigento region and have a check-in at the hotel. The rest of the day is at your leisure.

Day 5: Highlights of Agrigento and  Stairs of the Turks
Following breakfast at the hotel, you meet the guide and start the day with the main site of the region - the splendid Valley of the Temples. 

It is a UNESCO World Heritage site where you visit the near-intact Temple of Concord, the best-preserved temple in the World and one of the symbols of Sicily. 

Continue to the city full of Baroque and Neoclassical facade houses and enter the Santo Spirito Monastery. 

Another unmissable site you visit today is outside the city and you head to the famous Scala dei Turchi Cliffs. The dazzling chalky white rocky cliff eroded conveniently into stairs rising 50 meters above sea level.

After the tour you return to the hotel. 

Day 7: Departure to Syracuse
Following breakfast in the hotel and check-out, you meet the driver to continue the trip. 

Have a stop in just one hour from Agrigento to see the hidden gem of Sicily near a town Piazza Armerina. Here you have a guided tour of the famous Villa Romana del Casale a UNESCO Site especially noteworthy for the richness and quality of the mosaics.

Day 6: Arrival in Syracuse
Upon arrival you have a check-in at the hotel and the rest of the day at leisure. 

Day 7: Sightseeing Tour of Syracuse and Baroque Town Noto
Following breakfast in the hotel, meet your private guide and start a day tour at the delightful Ortygia Island. Enjoy an inside visit to the Duomo where a Greek Doric temple remains to be a part of it, and for this reason, it is included in the UNESCO list. 

Continue with the guide and driver to one of the most important archeological sites in the World, the Neapolis Park of Syracuse. Here you explore the still-working Greek Theater, the Ear of Dionysius and the Roman Amphitheater. 

After a lunch break, take a trip outside the city to a UNESCO Heritage site - a Baroque town of Noto. Completely destroyed by the terrible 1693 earthquake, it was rebuilt from scratch on a new site, about 10km from the old center. Noto is an example of a subliminal expression of originality, fantasy, obsession and man’s resilience in the face of the overwhelming force of nature.

Before dinner time your guide and driver take you back to Syracuse.

Day 8: Departure to Taormina
Following breakfast and check-out, meet your private driver to continue the trip. 

Day 8: Mount Etna Tour and Arrival in Taormina
In about one hour after your departure from Syracuse, start an unforgettable road-trip to Sicily's main attraction - Mount Etna, the highest volcano in Europe. 

Reach the Rifugio Sapienza on the southern slope located 2,000 meters (6562 feet) above sea level. Here you take a walk to visit the "Silvestri" craters and the latest new lava flows and craters from 2001-2003 and enjoy the desert moon atmosphere! 

On the way down you also visit a local winery on the slopes of the volcano and enjoy an exceptional wine tasting, explore its cellars and grounds. Wine tasting is paired with vegetable preserves, selection of Sicilian cheeses, local cold cuts, hard-boiled eggs, olive oil, and one main dish.

Following the visit of the winery, continue to Taormina for the check-in at the hotel. Enjoy free evening and start exploring this stylish and easy-going cozy coastal town.

Day 9: Sightseeing of Taormina
Following breakfast in the hotel, you meet a local guide to see the highlights of Taormina. During a 2-hour tour you stroll along the main street Corso Umberto I, and visit the Greco-Roman Theater that has Etna as its backdrop.

The rest of the day is free to enjoy Taormina on your own, spend time on the beach or dine in one of the local restaurants overlooking the bay.  

Day 10: Departure 
Following breakfast in your hotel, you check out and meet your private driver for the departure transfer.
