Day 1: Arrival
Welcome to the legendary capital of Russia - Moscow! Upon arrival, your private driver transfers you to the hotel for check-in.
The rest of the day is free to relax in your cozy room, dine in one of the nearby restaurants or start exploring the amazing city center on your own.
Day 2: Departure to Suzdal
After breakfast, you check out from your hotel. Your private driver picks you up at your hotel in Moscow and takes you to Vladimir to witness unique architectural creations.

RussiaDay 2: Arrival and Visiting Vladimir & Bogolyubovo
During your tour around this town, you go inside the Dormition Cathedral that preserves the world-famous frescoes of Andrei Rublev dating back to the 15th century. Together with your guide you explore the architectural complex of the Cathedral of St. Dimitriy and walk along a central pedestrian street full of galleries, artists, and local souvenirs.
Your tour then continues to Bogolyubovo, a town located on the outskirts of Vladimir meaning “loved by God” in Russian. This ancient town was founded in 1158 by order of Prince Andrey Bogolyubsky. According to a legend, the prince spent the night on this spot and saw Virgin Mary who ordered him to found the settlement and build a monastery. During the tour you get to see the main UNESCO sites of the area: the Church of the Intervention, the ruins of Prince Bogolyubsky’s castle with its Staircase Tower, the Church of the Nativity of the Virgin and the Church of the Intercession on the Nerl.
After lunch at a local restaurant, your driver takes you to Suzdal known as a city-museum of the Golden Ring. Upon arrival, you are transferred to your hotel for check-in.
Day 3: Tour of Suzdal & Departure
Following breakfast, you check out from the hotel and meet your guide-driver in the hotel lobby. Today you enjoy a sightseeing tour of Suzdal which boasts its large number of preserved historical monuments of ancient Russian art and architecture. During the tour, you visit UNESCO World Heritage Sites - the brilliant architectural complex of the Kremlin and the ensemble of the Monastery of Saint Euthymius. Continue your trip to the Museum of Wooden Architecture which is an example of classical ancient Russia.
- Note: while the Monastery of Saint Euthymius is under restoration, the visit is replaced with an Intercession Women Monastery.
You are then transferred to the historic city of Kostroma built at the confluence of the Volga and Kostroma Rivers. Upon arrival, you enjoy lunch in a local restaurant followed by a guided city tour that includes a visit to the architectural complex of the Ipatiev Monastery.
Later your driver takes you to your final destination of this day - Yaroslavl.

Day 3: Arrival to Yaroslavl
Upon arrival, you are transferred to your centrally located hotel for overnight.
Day 4: Exploring Yaroslavl & Sergiev Posad
Today after breakfast you explore one of the oldest Russian cities - Yaroslavl. During your guided city tour you explore the Spassky Monastery where you see the icon Transfiguration of the Savior, visit the wonderful Church of Elijah the Prophet with incredible mosaic decoration, and participate in a costumed reception at the governor's house.
- Note: the church of Elias the Prophet is open from May 1st to October 1st.
After a break for lunch, your driver takes you to Sergiev Posad known as "Russian Vatican" for its magnificent blue and golden cupolas scattered all around the town. Upon arrival, you enjoy a wonderful sightseeing tour around the most cherished treasures of Sergiev Posad. The highlight of the day is a tour lead by a churchman in the spiritual center of Russian Orthodoxy - the Trinity Lavra of St. Sergius.
After the tour, you are transferred to your hotel in Moscow.

Day 4: Arrival

Day 5: Exploring the Kremlin, Armoury Chamber & the Heart of Moscow
This day is dedicated to the exploration of one of the most outstanding Moscow icons - the Kremlin and the heart of Moscow - the Red Square.
Following breakfast, you meet your guide in the hotel lobby and walk to the Kremlin territory where you have a chance to explore the gems hidden behind the Kremlin walls such as the Cathedral Square and the Assumption and Annunciation cathedrals. Then you visit the famous Armoury Chamber that houses a unique collection of crown jewels, stunning coronation finery, hand-forged armor and weapons, royal carriages and sleighs, and world-famous Fabergé eggs.
After a short break for coffee, you take a walk through the beautiful Red Square, go inside the colorful St. Basil's Cathedral and explore the famous GUM department store. After the tour, you walk back to your hotel and have the rest of the day free.
Day 6: Tretyakov Gallery & Moscow Subway Tour
Following breakfast, you check out from your hotel and enjoy a guided tour of the world-famous treasure trove of the Russian fine art, the Tretyakov Gallery, where you have amazing time viewing the gems of its collection, including the famous masterpieces of Ivan Aivazovsky, Mikhail Vrubel, and Viktor Vasnetsov.
After the tour of the Tretyakov Gallery, you see the spectacular Cathedral of Christ the Savior and learn the story of its destruction and reconstruction.
Today you also have a chance to enjoy one of the best city views at Sparrow Hills and see the grand building of Moscow State University, the highest of seven Stalinist skyscrapers of Moscow.
After the tour, you are transferred to the train station where you board an overnight train that takes you to Kazan in comfort and safety.
Day 7: Departure
Following breakfast, you check out from your hotel and depart from Moscow.

Day 7: Arrival. City Tour and Cooking Class
In the morning your train arrives in Kazan - the beautiful capital of the Republic of Tatarstan and the center of Tatar culture in Russia.
Upon arrival your guide meets you at the train station, and together you walk to your centrally located hotel for check-in and breakfast.
After some time for rest, you explore the historical ensemble of the Kazan Kremlin. During the tour, you see the main treasures of the complex, including one of the largest mosques in Russia - the Qol Sharif Mosque, the leaning Soyembika Tower, the Annunciation Cathedral and the Governor's Palace.
You are then in for a little surprise. Your lunch program includes a cooking master class where you learn how to make a traditional Tatar dish.
Later you continue your tour to the Kazan Family Center located on the bank of the Kazanka River. The unique form of the building reminds the tatar for cauldron that beautifully reflects local culture.
After the tour, you return to your hotel and have the rest of the day at leisure.
Day 8: Day Tour to Bolgar
Today after breakfast you meet your guide and driver to go on a day trip. Together you head to the outskirts of Kazan to see the outstanding Bolgar Historical and Archaeological Complex located in the Spassky District.
This historical and archeological site is set on the left bank of the Volga River about 140 km from Kazan and is a well-known UNESCO World Heritage Site. The complex includes the remains of the medieval city of Bolgar, which was the first capital of the Golden Horde in the 13th century. Bolgar is an early settlement of the Volga-Bolgars civilization that existed between the 7th and 15th centuries AD.
During the tour you get to see the main sights of the complex including the Bolgar ancient settlement. You are treated to lunch onsite and get to visit the Museum of the Bolgar Civilization and enter the White Mosque.
After the tour your driver takes you back to your hotel in Kazan. The rest of the day is at your leisure.
Day 9: Flight to St. Petersburg
Following breakfast, you check out from the hotel and meet your driver, who takes you to the Kazan airport for your flight to St.Petersburg - Russia's beautiful cultural capital often referred to as the "Venice of the North". The duration of your flight is about 2 hours.
Upon arrival, you are met by your driver and taken to your centrally located hotel for check-in. The rest of the day is at your leisure.
Day 9: Arrival
Welcome to St.-Petersburg - the Venice of the North! Upon arrival, you are met by your private driver, who transfers you to the hotel for the check-in.
The rest of the day is at your own leisure to relax after the trip.
Day 10: Tour of the Hermitage Museum & Saint Isaac's Cathedral
Following breakfast, you meet your guide at the hotel lobby and walk to the legendary Hermitage Museum, that houses its unique collection of world art, including the masterpieces of Leonardo da Vinci, Rembrandt, El Greco, Francisco Goya and Thomas Gainsborough in the halls of the Winter Palace.
You then cross the Palace square to enter the General Staff Building which houses Hermitage's superb collection of Modern European Art, primarily consisting of the world-famous French impressionist and post-impressionist paintings.
After a short break for coffee, you explore the Palace Square, admire the Admiralty building and have a walk through the Alexander Garden to the Bronze Horseman, an equestrian statue of Peter the Great.
As yet another highlight of the day, you have a tour of the magnificent St.Isaac's Cathedral, which is known to be the second tallest Orthodox church in the world.
After the tour, you return to your hotel and have the rest of the day free
Day 11: St. Petersburg City Tour
Following breakfast you meet your guide at the hotel lobby and go on an amazing panoramic city tour around the most cherished gems of St. Petersburg with your private driver.
You start the day with a drive along the Nevsky prospect, Russian Empire’s main avenue where you can admire the Kazan Cathedral. You then walk to the Arts Square and explore its beautiful ensemble including the Mikhailovsky Theater.
A highlight of the day is a guided tour of the of the Church of the Saviour on Spilled Blood, which stands where Russia's great emperor Alexander II was mortally wounded.
After a drive along the Summer Garden and crossing the Neva River you have a chance to see the legendary Cruiser Aurora.
Afterwards, you visit the Peter and Paul Fortress - a burial place of almost all the Russian emperors and empresses from Peter the Great to Nicholas II and his family.
Before returning to your hotel you see some other major sights as the University Embankment, the Mariinsky Theater and the Alexandrinsky Theatre.
Day 12: Day Trip to Veliky Novgorod
Following breakfast, you meet your driver at the hotel lobby and make your way to Veliky Novgorod which is sometimes called "the Birthplace of Russia". Upon arrival in about 3 hours, you are met by your guide and start a sightseeing tour around the city's main attractions.
Veliky Novgorod stands on Volkhov River, the main water way of the famous medieval trade route from the Varangians to the Greeks. The city was Russia's first capital in the 9th century, as well as a center for Orthodox spirituality, Russian democracy, literacy and architecture. The city boas,ts medieval monuments, churches and monasteries.
During the tour, you see the city's main attractions including the Kremlin, the Cathedral of St. Sophia, Yaroslav's Court, the St. George's Monastery, and visit the Wooden Architecture Museum.
After lunch, you have a transfer back to St. Petersburg. The rest of the day is free.
Day 13: Departure
After breakfast, you check out from your hotel and depart from St. Petersburg.

To book, all you need to do is to make a deposit of 20% of trip price. The 20% deposit is non-refundable, but you can always transfer it to another trip if your plans change. Just click on the red button in the top right corner that will take you to the Payment page. After you make your deposit, we will book all things that you chose.
Can I modify my trip after I booked
Of course! You can continue planning and even changing your trip to your heart's content up to 90 days before departure. Just keep in mind that all non-refundable hotels are set in stone.
