Your journey begins in Medina, home to the revered Prophet's Mosque (Al-Masjid an-Nabawi), where the tomb of Prophet Muhammad rests. This city is a key destination for millions of Muslims, particularly during Hajj and Umrah, as it holds immense spiritual significance.
Medina is historically crucial as it was the place where Prophet Muhammad founded the first Islamic community after migrating from Mecca in 622 CE (the Hijra). It’s also where pivotal events in early Islamic history unfolded, including the drafting of the Constitution of Medina, an early example of governance and interfaith coexistence.
The city is home to important historical sites like the Quba Mosque, the very first mosque in Islam, and the Qiblatain Mosque, where the direction of prayer was changed from Jerusalem to Mecca. Medina is also famous for its bustling markets and stunning Islamic architecture. Every year, millions visit to pray and experience the tranquil, spiritual atmosphere that is deeply tied to Islamic tradition and history.

Upon your arrival in Mecca, you will check into your hotel and take some time to rest after your journey. Once refreshed, you will prepare for your Umrah by performing ghusl (a ritual purification bath) and changing into the ihram garments: for men, two simple white cloths, and for women, modest attire that covers the body. With a clear heart and focused mind, you will then make your intention for Umrah at the designated Miqat.
Your Umrah begins at Masjid al-Haram, where you will perform Tawaf, circling the Kaaba seven times as an act of devotion. Afterward, pray two rak’ahs near Maqam Ibrahim, drink from the sacred Zamzam water, and walk between Safa and Marwah in the prescribed ritual. Once completed, you may exit ihram and change into regular clothes, signifying the completion of your Umrah.
Return to your hotel to rest and enjoy a meal. Later, head back to Masjid al-Haram for Maghrib and Isha prayers. Use this time for personal worship, such as reciting the Quran or making dua near the Kaaba, deeply connecting with your faith and spiritual journey.

Rise early for Fajr prayer at Masjid al-Haram, aiming to arrive before the adhan to secure a good spot. If you have the energy, consider performing a voluntary Tawaf, circling the Kaaba seven times, before spending time in heartfelt dua or reciting the Quran in a peaceful corner of the mosque.
Deepen your spiritual journey with a visit to Mecca’s significant Islamic landmarks. Start with Jabal al-Nour (the Cave of Hira), where Prophet Muhammad received his first revelation. This 45-minute climb requires sturdy footwear and water, and you’ll need approximately 2-3 hours to fully absorb the experience. For further reflection, you may visit Jannat al-Mu’alla, the historic cemetery of the Prophet’s family, including Khadijah (RA), offering a quiet space for prayer and contemplation.
Return to Masjid al-Haram for Maghrib and Isha prayers. Afterward, spend time in personal worship or reflection in the tranquil evening atmosphere of the mosque. If you’re feeling energized, consider performing an additional voluntary Tawaf, enriching your spiritual experience with more blessings.

Start your day with Fajr prayer at Masjid al-Haram. Arrive early to secure a spot closer to the Kaaba. After the prayer, spend 1–2 hours in the mosque, reciting the Quran or making dua, focusing on personal supplications for yourself, your family, and the wider ummah.
Take time to learn about the artistry behind the Kiswah, the sacred cloth that covers the Kaaba, with a visit to the Kaaba Kiswah Factory. Explore the history of this important tradition, and observe the meticulous craftsmanship of skilled artisans who create this revered fabric, gaining a deeper understanding of its significance in Islamic culture.
Conclude your day at Masjid al-Haram with Maghrib and Isha prayers. If you’re departing, perform the farewell Tawaf (Tawaf al-Wada), then spend some time in quiet reflection, making dua, and seeking blessings before leaving.

After checking out from your hotel in the morning, you will depart Mecca and make your way to Medina Airport for your onward journey.
