Arrival
Welcome to the largest city in Switzerland - Zurich! Upon arrival, your driver meets you at the airport and transfers you to your remarkable hotel for check-in.
The rest of the day is free, so you can relax in your room, have dinner in a local restaurant, start exploring the nearby attractions or join our carefully planned optional tour.
Hiking Above Lake Walen
In the morning you meet your guide and walk to the station, from where you take a 1 hour scenic ride by train and bus to the shores of Lake Walen.
Upon arrival, you take the Mattstock chairlift that brings you up to 1,300 m (4,265 ft) offering the magnificent scenery along the way. At the top station, you have a coffee break and set off on a hike eastwards along the picturesque mountain paths and narrow alpine roads.
The trail takes you through the unique high-altitude protected moor area of national importance. You admire the magnificent Alps and the Churfirsten mountains, watch cows peacefully grazing and enjoy the fresh mountain air. The hiking lasts 3 -3.5 hours, the difference in altitude is about 300 m (984 ft), easy to moderate level.
After the hike, you catch a bus and then a train back to Zurich.

Departure
Following breakfast, you check out from the hotel, and your driver takes you to the station.
Lake Lucerne Country Hike
You arrive to Lucerne, set amid beautiful snow-capped mountains on Lake Lucerne. Upon arrival you walk to your centrally-located hotel (easily accessible on foot) for check-in.
In the afternoon you meet your guide, walk to the station and take a short bus ride to the farming area of Kastanienbaum (Chestnut Tree in English) located on a beautiful Lake Lucerne peninsula.
Upon arrival, you start a panoramic hike on the ridge of the hill at the height of 600 m (1,968 ft). The trail provides the magnificent views of the lake and the surrounding scenic Alps. Along the way you pass through a working bio farm, green pastures, old Swiss chalets, a vineyard and a small charming village of Winkel. The hiking lasts 1.5-2 hours, hike is almost flat with no major changes, easy level.
After the tour you take a bus back to Lucerne.

Day Trip to Mount Pilatus
Today after breakfast you are invited to take an unforgettable trip with your private guide who shows you the magnificent views of Mount Pilatus and the Lucerne region.
The tour starts with a cruise across the Lake Lucerne to Alpnachstad. There you board the famous cogwheel train that takes you across the world's steepest railway passing through lush Alpine meadows, spectacular rocks and sparkling mountain streams to the top of Mt Pilatus, altitude of which is 2132 m (6995 ft).
For the return journey you ride a cable car to enjoy the fantastic scenery once again. As the last part of your magnificent tour you take a 20-minute bus from Kriens to Lucerne. Tickets for public boat cruise, cogwheel train, cable car and bus are included.
After the tour you return to your Lucerne hotel and have the rest of the day free.

Luzern - Interlaken Express
Following breakfast you check out from the hotel and walk to the station to take a scenic train ride.
Luzern - Interlaken Express is a panoramic train which offers breathtaking views while taking its passengers over the GoldenPass Line.
Arrival
You arrive to the Interlaken railway station, from where you can easily reach your centrally-located hotel on foot.
The rest of the day is a leisure, so you can start exploring the nearby attractions on your own or take a rest after your train journey. Overnight at your hotel in Interlaken.
Mountain Trail Hike from Grindelwald
In the afternoon you take a short train ride to Grindewald, where you meet your private guide and start a panoramic hiking tour in Grindewald area.
Your tour starts with a highlight - a breathtaking Grindelwald - Männlichen gondola cableway ride to Männlichen station located at an altitude of 2,223 m (7,293 ft). Männlichen is a mountain in the Swiss Alps situated within the Canton of Berne. It is a popular viewpoint over the Lauterbrunnen valley and a popular start location for hikers and skiers.
During the hike you enjoy the dazzling mountain panorama once your guide provides you with expert information about fauna, flora, geology or weather of the region. Total hiking lasts 1.5 - 2 hours, the difference in altitude is about 250 m (820 ft), easy level.
After the tour you return to Interlaken by train.

Departure from Zurich Airport
This is the final day of your hiking adventure in Switzerland! Following breakfast, you check out from the hotel, walk to the station and take a high-speed train ride to Zurich airport (with 1 train change in Bern).
