Welcome to the gorgeous ancient city - Edinburgh!
Upon arrival, you are met by your driver at the airport, who transfers you to the hotel for check-in. The rest of the day free so you can start exploring the magnificent city center on your own, dine in one of the local restaurants or take a good rest in your comfortable room.
Edinburgh Royal Mile
Following breakfast you get to explore the capital of Scotland - Edinburgh!
Together with the guide you start a 4-hour tour of the Old Town and explore this culturally and historically important part of the city. Today you walk along the famous Royal Mile which connects two royal residences - the Castle and the palace of Holyrood House.
Before you visit the Edinburgh Castle you hear a comprehensive history insight from your guide and visit the castle independently*. Here you may see the Honours (Crown Jewels) of Scotland, the famous 15th century gun Mons Meg, the One O' Clock Gun inside the castle.
Your guided walking tour ends before you visit the castle and after exploring the castle you may spend time in the city on your own or return to the hotel.
*Note: entrance tickets to the castle are included.
Train Tour to Glasgow
Take a short train ride and arrive in the city of Glasgow. Here you meet a local guide and have an exciting walking tour to unveil the gems and the great historical importance of Glasgow. This port city on the River Clyde, famous for its shipbuilding industry, is famed for its outstanding Victorian and art nouveau architecture, fine art museums and excellent shopping opportunities. Following the tour, you may visit the Kelvingrove Art Gallery and Museum, and the Burrell Collection. After the tour, you have some time to explore the city on your own and take a train back to Edinburgh.

Following breakfast in your hotel, you check out and depart from Edinburgh.

Old Steam Train Adventures in Aviemore (Self-exploration)
Get prepared for Highlands self-exploration by the old steam train! After breakfast, you walk to the Inverness train station to catch your train to one of the capitals of Highlands - Aviemore. From there you are invited to travel back in time as you journey through the heart of the Cairngorms National Park. The Park boasts a spectacular catalog of nature, culture, and heritage which includes Britain's highest mountain range, its biggest and best ancient forests, wildlife such as red squirrels, reindeer, and ospreys, and so much more! After a round-trip ride, you have free time in charming Aviemore and then have a quick train ride back to Inverness.
Group Harry Potter Train & The Scenic Highlands
Set off to experience the magic of the Harry Potter stories and visit numerous marvelous sites on a Harry Potter Train and the Scenic Highlands Group Tour. In addition to touring the sites and marveling at the mind-boggling nature, you also get the chance to take a train ride on the iconic Jacobite steam train.
Departure to Edinburgh
Following breakfast in your hotel, you check out and depart to Edinburgh.

Departure
This is the last day of your adventure! In the morning after breakfast, you check out from the hotel and driver takes you to the airport for your flight back home.
