Ravioli and Meatballs Cooking Class in Rome
Meet with a local chef in a classic Roman restaurant in the very heart of the city and prepare ravioli with spinach and ricotta, the fresh stuffed pasta, and learn how to make the perfect dough from scratch filling with ingredients that season offer. Also you prepare a classic “polpette alla pizzaiola”, delicious meatballs with sauce.
