A good starting point is an interactive map designed to help you plan an optimal route, estimate travel time, and find the most convenient connections. But if you are not a map person, you can use our smart search feature to find the places on your wishlist for an even quicker way to plan.

2. Select your experiences

After selecting where you want to go, you have a few more decisions to make. The first one is choosing what you will get up to in each destination. We have done the research for you and curated the best activities to take part in and the most exciting places to visit in each city. However, if you don't see what you are looking for, you can always add custom activities to your itinerary. Simply use the "Add your own" feature.

3. Choose your accommodation

You know where you're going and what you're planning to do, but there is one more question to answer - where are you staying? As you noticed, your itinerary already includes the best hotel option for each city. However, you are free to change the rooms or the hotel itself by selecting a new option from our recommendations or adding a new custom accommodation.

4. Review and modify transfers & connections

We have already added convenient airport transfers and the most reasonable connections between the destinations in your itinerary. Review them, and if anything needs to go, feel free to remove it or replace it with another option from a list. In addition, you also have an opportunity to add your transportation if you wish.

How to create a trip from scratch?

Follow these quick four steps - 1. First, search for your travel destination using a search bar on top of the page, use a map, or select some destinations from the home page straight away. 2. Add your Start Date. 3. Modify Trip Preference settings - select your hotel and transfer options. 4. Click Continue, and voila, you can see the trip itinerary on your screen. 5. Now you can improve it even further by adding experiences, hotels, or transfers to each of your destinations and clicking "Save" when ready. Everything you've added to your itinerary will be booked and included in your program

How to create a trip using a template?

You don't have to start planning from scratch. If you wish to save time, navigate to www.tripitle.com/tours and choose from private and group programs Apply destination filter to make your search easier and quicker. Quick note - group programs are not editable. If you wish to be able to customize a ready-made tour template consider choosing our private tours since they offer more flexibility. For example, you can select the expected date of the trip in the template and save a copy of the program as a custom tour. Afterward, add or remove destinations, customize the daily program, select hotels, etc. Once everything is ready, you will be able to book a trip. And our team of destination experts will check the itinerary and place an order with our reliable suppliers.

How to add an experience?

Once you are at the itinerary stage, you can add or remove activities from your schedule. There are many ways to go about it, but a good starting point is to browse collections of experiences in each destination, as it makes navigating experiences a bit quicker. Keep in mind that all experiences you see have been researched and selected by local destination specialists and are worth including in your trip. How to add a hotel?

We have done our research and added the best hotel for each city that you wish to visit. However, we know that you know even better where you would like to stay, so you can change hotel, update rooms, or even add your own accommodation via editing buttons located on your itinerary. How to add transfers?

First of all, when we talk about transfers we mean quick rides from point a to point b within a city. Usually, we recommend adding private arrival/departure transfers at least in the first city and the last. To add/edit them, scroll below the experience section and you will find edit options there.
