Cooking with Chef Attilio Di Fabrizio in Florence
Learn to cook a delicious Tuscan meal at Belmond Villa San Michele with Chef Attilio Di Fabrizio who introduces you to Tuscan gastronomy. The cooking class lasts from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and is followed by lunch at the Loggia Restaurant served with Tuscan regional wines. As a pleasant souvenir you are given a portfolio of recipes and a Cookery School apron. *Note: group size is up to 10 people and class is available on Mondays, Thursdays and Saturdays.
