Day 1: Arrival & Beijing Tour
Today you arrive in the legendary capital of China - Beijing! Upon arrival, you are transferred to your hotel for check-in.
Later you meet your guide and go on an amazing sightseeing tour around the most renowned Beijing landmarks. You start with a visit to the legendary Tiananmen Square, where the mausoleum of Mao Zedong, the National Museum of China, the House of People's Meetings and the monument to the National Heroes are located. Then you proceed to the most breathtaking part of Beijing - the Forbidden City.
In the evening you enjoy dinner in a local restaurant.
Day 2: Visit to the Great Wall of China & Summer Palace
Today you visit the real icon of the country - the Great Wall of China. After exploring this majestic man-made miracle of world's architecture you proceed to the fantastic ensemble of lakes, gardens and imperial buildings - the Summer Palace.
In the evening you enjoy dinner in a local restaurant.
Day 3: Boarding the Train
After breakfast and check-out you are transferred to the station and board a traditional Chinese train. You enjoy lunch and dinner on board.
Day 4: Changing Trains in Erlian
Today you arrive in Erlian - the border town between China and Mongolia.
In Erlian you board your Imperial Russia train that takes you to Ulan Bator.
Day 5: Trip to Gorkhi-Terelji National Park & Visit of a Nomadic Family
Today you arrive in the capital of Mongolia, Ulan Bator, and have a short city tour that includes visits to Sukhbaatar square and Zaisan hill that provides the best views over the city.
Later you are transferred to the yurt camp located in Gorkhi-Terelji National Park. After taking some rest you enjoy lunch at the camp followed by a visit to the famous rock "The Turtle" where you take a hiking tour to its top to be awarded with magnificent views of the Gorkhi-Terelji National Park.
After that you get acquainted with a nomadic family to learn more about their culture, authentic lifestyle and traditions.
In the evening you enjoy dinner at the camp. You spend this night in a traditional Mongolian yurt.
Day 6: Visit of the Gandan Monastery & Folk Show in Ulan Bator
After breakfast at the camp you are transferred back to Ulan Bator and continue exploring this city in a company of your guide.
During the sightseeing tour you visit the legendary Gandan Monastery, the Mongolian Natural History Museum and the former winter residence of the Khans - the Bogd Khan Museum. Your day finishes with an amazing Mongolian folk show.
In the evening you return on board your train and continue traveling.
Day 7: Ulan Ude City Tour
Today you arrive in Ulan Ude - the capital city of the Republic of Buryatia, a unique city, located on the cross-roads of Russia with China and Mongolia.
Upon arrival you meet your guide and enjoy a wonderful sightseeing tour around the most famous city attractions, including several impressive functional churches and a local Datsan.
Later you enjoy a warm reception in a traditional Buryat yurt by a Buryat family complemented with a folk program. You have a great opportunity to learn how to cook popular Buryat dishes, shoot with a bow, wear a traditional Buryat costume and assemble a yurt.
In the evening you return on board your train and continue traveling.
Day 8: Stop at Lake Baikal
Today your train arrives at Port Baikal, where you take a ferry to Listvyanka Village, located on the shores of Lake Baikal, the world's deepest freshwater lake known as the Pearl of Siberia.
During the sightseeing tour you enjoy magnificent views of the lake and the Angara River from the Chersky Stone observation point, visit the Baikal Limnological Museum that has an interesting display of the unique flora and fauna of the lake, and do some shopping at the local fish and souvenir market.
In the evening you enjoy a picnic dinner and return on board to continue your adventure.
Day 9: Irkutsk & Taltsy Village Tour
In the morning you arrive in Irkutsk, informally known as "Paris of Siberia" for its rich architecture and colourful life. During your sightseeing tour you visit the Decembrists' House, see the House of Europe also known as the "wooden lace" house, and take a walk along Karl Marx Street that is the most beautiful street in Irkutsk.
After lunch you take a trip to the nearby Taltsy village to visit its famous Museum of Wooden Architecture and Ethnography. Upon returning to Irkutsk you have some free time at Irkutskaya Sloboda - a beautiful city quarter with reconstructed 19-20th century buildings.
After dinner in a local restaurant, you return on board your train and continue your journey.
Day 10: On Board the Train
You spend this day on board your Imperial Russia train. Enjoy fantastic sceneries passing by your window, a diverse entertainment program, gourmet dining and a company of your fellow travelers from all over the world.
Day 11: Novosibirsk City Tour
Today your train arrives in Novosibirsk - a city that proves that Siberia may be distant, but is indeed not desolate.
During your city tour you see the Ballet and Opera Theater, stroll along the ancient streets of Novosibirsk and enjoy the great views of the Ob River.
The highlight of the tour is a visit to the Open Air Railway Museum where you see the most remarkable steam locomotives and historic passenger cars, which represent the development of the Trans-Siberian Railway.
After the tour you return on board your train and continue your journey.
Day 12: Yekaterinburg City Tour
In the morning your train arrives in the famous capital of Ural - Yekaterinburg.
Upon arrival, you have a guided city tour dedicated to the last days of the Russian Imperial Family. You visit the Church on Blood built on the site of the notorious Ipatiev House where the last Russian Emperor and his family were assassinated.
After lunch you visit the memorial built at the boundary of Europe and Asia.
In the evening you return on board your train.
Day 13: Kazan City Tour
Today you arrive in Kazan - the beautiful capital of the Republic of Tatarstan and the center of Tatar culture in Russia.
Upon arrival you enjoy a grand city tour Old Kazan, which includes a visit to the white-walled Kazan Kremlin where you will see the famous Kul-Sherif Mosque and the old Peter and Paul Cathedral, a folk program Tugan Avalim and a traditional lunch with a master class revealing the secret of Tartar сuisine.
After the tour you return on board your train and continue traveling.
Day 14: Arrival & Moscow Sightseeing Tour
Welcome to the legendary capital of Russia - Moscow! Upon arrival you farewell to your Imperial Russia train and start a guided city tour. During the tour you take a walk through the famous merchant area of Arbat Street, see the famous Cathedral of Christ the Savior and go underground to explore the outstanding work of the Soviet architecture - the Moscow Metro.
Today you also you go inside one of the most outstanding Moscow icons and the symbol of Russian power - the Kremlin.
In the evening you have a farewell dinner with your fellow travelers at a local restaurant.
Day 15: Departure
This is the final day of your fantastic Imperial Russia train tour! Following breakfast you check out from the hotel, and your driver transfers you to the airport for your flight back home.

How to book
To book, all you need to do is to make a deposit of 20% of trip price. The 20% deposit is non-refundable, but you can always transfer it to another trip if your plans change. Just click on the red button in the top right corner that will take you to the Payment page. After you make your deposit, we will book all things that you chose.
Can I modify my trip after I booked
Of course! You can continue planning and even changing your trip to your heart's content up to 90 days before departure. Just keep in mind that all non-refundable hotels are set in stone.
