Day 1: Arrival
Welcome to the fabulous capital of Ireland - Dublin!
Upon arrival, your driver meets you at the arrivals hall and transfers you to your centrally located hotel for the check-in.
In the evening you meet your private guide for an evening bar crawl that is that is an amazing way to be introduced to the life of this beautiful city. Together you enjoy a walk along the evening streets of the old town followed by a visit to some local bars. Sharing tables with the locals as it was in the old times and tasting the most traditional drinks and snacks surely enriches your experience in Dublin!
Day 2: Dublin City Tour & Guinness Storehouse Experience
After a full Irish breakfast this morning, meet your guide in the hotel lobby and carry on to a walking city tour of Dublin.
During the sightseeing tour you see many of Dublin’s icons while being guided to some hidden and wonderful spots that visitors most often miss. You see Dublin Castle, Christchurch Cathedral, the famous Ha’penny Bridge, the Georgian doors of Dublin and Trinity College Library where you see the famous Book of Kells.
You then pay a visit to the most popular Ireland's attraction - the remarkable Guinness Storehouse, located in the heart of the St. James's Gate Brewery. Your group tour of the Storehouse begins at the bottom of the world's largest pint glass and as you make your way to the 7th floor you learn about the history and the making of Guinness through various interactive experiences.
After the tour you return to your hotel and have evening at leisure.
Note: to highlight your tour, you may add a Guinness Storehouse connoisseur experience on top.
Day 3: Departure
Following breakfast, you check out from the hotel, meet your group and and have a transfer to Macreddin Village.
Day 3: Walk in Aughrim Village
After check-in you have some rest. Later you and your group have a transfer to the village of Aughrim for a light evening walk.
Aughrim is called “the Granite City” due to the large amount of buildings constructed from locally quarried Wicklow Granite. After the tour you return to Macreddin Village.
Hiking distance is approximately 5 km (3 mi), ascent little to none.
Day 4: Hiking in the Glendalough Valley
Today you start your walk on the Wicklow Way that is described as the oldest and one of the most scenic long distance linear walks in Ireland.
After breakfast you have a transfer to the amazing valley of Glendalough that is translated as “the Valley of The Two Lakes”. Your walking route takes you into the 6th Century Monastic Settlement, where you explore some of the monuments and ruined churches.
Your today's route also covers the glacier moulded valley and it’s two lakes, Pollanass Waterfall and Derrybawn Woods. The glorious views down over the Glendalough Valley and surrounding countryside crown the tour. After the tour you return to Macreddin Village.
Hiking distance is approximately 9 km (5.6 mi), ascent 190 m (570 ft).

Day 5: Hiking in the Trooperstown Forest & Paddock Hill
Following breakfast and a short transfer to Ballard Forest, you start a new walking adventure.
You pass the evidence of a forgotten farming community and follow a local’s path up the heather covered Trooperstown Hill. Today's itinerary offers wonderful views in all directions, including the hills, the Wicklow Mountains, the Irish Sea and the Round Tower of Glendalough.
Later your route descends into Trooperstown Forest, over the Avonmore River and up Paddock Hill, where you join another part of the Wicklow Way. After the tour you are transferred to Macreddin Village and have evening at leisure.
Hiking distance is approximately 17 km (10.5 mi), ascent 350 m (1.050 ft).

Day 6: Hiking in the Vale of Clara
After breakfast and a short transfer, you start hiking in the gorgeous Vale of Clara that is a nature reserve containing the largest area of natural hardwood woodlands in Ireland.
You have a fascinating walk in the forest area, followed by lunch on the banks of the Avonmore River beside the charming church of Clara. You continue with a visit to the famous Avoca Woollen Mills to explore the historical mill. Afterwards you return to Macreddin Village.
Hiking distance is approximately 9 km (5.5 mi), ascent 220 m (660 ft).

Day 7: Bray Head Cliff Walk
In the morning after breakfast you travel north to follow the trail along the coast from Greystones to Bray. The stunning coastal path leads to the top of Bray Head. Once on the top, you have one more chance to witness the stunning beauty of the Irish Sea, the Wicklow Mountains and Bray.
Afterwards, you visit the beautiful Powerscourt Estate that is Ireland’s most famous House and Gardens. Following the tour you are transferred back to Macreddin Village.
Hiking distance is approximately 8 km (5 mi), ascent 80 m (240 ft).

Day 8: Departure
This is the final day of your tour. After breakfast you check out and have a private transfer to Dublin airport. We hope you enjoyed Ireland's capital and its scenic landscapes and wish you a safe flight!

How to book
To book, all you need to do is to make a deposit of 20% of trip price. The 20% deposit is non-refundable, but you can always transfer it to another trip if your plans change. Just click on the red button in the top right corner that will take you to the Payment page. After you make your deposit, we will book all things that you chose.
Can I modify my trip after I booked
Of course! You can continue planning and even changing your trip to your heart's content up to 90 days before departure. Just keep in mind that all non-refundable hotels are set in stone.
