The Heart of Russia + Helsinki & Baltic Capitals

Day 1: Arrival

Welcome to the legendary capital of Russia - Moscow! Upon arrival, your private driver transfers you to the hotel for check-in.

The rest of the day is free to relax in your cozy room, dine in one of the nearby restaurants or start exploring the amazing city center on your own.

Day 2: Moscow City Tour & Visit to the Tretyakov Gallery

Following breakfast, you meet your guide at the hotel lobby and have a wonderful city tour around the most magnificent Moscow landmarks.

During the tour you take a walk at the beautiful Red Square, admire the famous GUM department store and go inside the colorful St. Basil's Cathedral, and see the spectacular Cathedral of Christ the Savior and learn the story of its destruction and reconstruction. 

After lunch at a local restaurant, you pay a visit to the world-famous treasure trove of the Russian fine art, the Tretyakov Gallery, where you spend amazing time viewing the gems of its collection, including the famous masterpieces of Ivan Aivazovsky, Mikhail Vrubel and Viktor Vasnetsov.

After the tour, you return to your hotel to have some rest.

In the evening you board the Radisson boat and set off on the amazing 2,5-hour Night cruise to see stunning Moscow from the waterside.

Lunch and a welcome drink on the boat is included.

Day 3: Visiting the Kremlin Territory & Armoury Chamber

This day is dedicated to the exploration of one of the most outstanding Moscow icons - the Kremlin.

Following breakfast you meet your guide at the hotel lobby and set off on a 4-hour walking tour. You walk to the Kremlin territory where you have a chance to explore the gems hidden behind the Kremlin walls such as the Cathedral Square and the Assumption and Annunciation cathedrals.

Then you visit the famous Armoury Chamber that houses a unique collection of crown jewels, stunning coronation finery, hand-forged armor and weapons, royal carriages and sleighs, and world-famous Fabergé eggs.

After the tour, you return to your hotel and have the rest of the day at leisure.

In the afternoon you can choose to join an optional guided tour of Izmailovo Kremlin and Vodka Museum (292 USD per person) or an optional evening walk with a local guide (130 USD per person).

Day 4: Moscow Subway & the Sparrow Hills Viewpoint

Following breakfast, you check out from your hotel and enjoy discovering one of the most interesting sites in Moscow hidden deep beneath the surface - the Moscow Subway. You have a quick subway ride to taste local life and enjoy the splendid decorations of its stations. 

After the Subway ride, you have a chance to enjoy one of the best city views at Sparrow Hills and see the grand building of Moscow State University, the highest of seven Stalinist skyscrapers of Moscow. 

Today you also drive by the Victory park, have a photo stop at the Triumphal Arch and visit the new Zaryadye Park, dubbed as the new symbol of Moscow, where you have amazing photo opportunities with the most picturesque views on the historic center of Moscow.

After lunch in a local restaurant, you are transferred to the train station where you board the modern high-speed Sapsan train (Business class tickets are included) that takes you to St. Petersburg in comfort and safety in just 4 hours.

Day 4: Arrival to Saint Petersburg

Upon arrival, your driver meets you at the train station platform and takes you to your centrally located hotel for overnight.

Day 5: St. Petersburg City Tour & Boat Ride

After breakfast, you meet your guide at the hotel lobby and go on an amazing panoramic city tour around the most cherished gems of St. Petersburg, including Palace Square, the Hermitage Museum, the Mariinsky Theater, Nevsky Prospect and many other popular attractions.

Then you visit the Peter and Paul Fortress - a burial place of almost all the Russian emperors and empresses from Peter the Great to Nicholas II and his family. You have a photo stop at the magnificent St. Isaac's Cathedral and go inside Church of the Savior on Spilled Blood, which stands where Russia's great emperor Alexander II was mortally wounded.

Today guide takes you to one of the most beautiful palaces in St. Petersburg - the Shuvalov Palace located on the Fontanka River to show you the world's largest collection of works by Carl Faberge, including nine of the famous Imperial Easter Eggs, regarded not only as the finest jeweled works of art, but also as unique historical artifacts.

After lunch in a local restaurant, you enjoy a private boat ride along the rivers and canals of St. Petersburg to see the city from a completely new perspective.

After the tour, you return to your hotel and have the rest of the day at leisure.

Day 6: Tour of the Hermitage Museum & Folk Show

Following breakfast, you meet your guide at the hotel lobby and go to the legendary Hermitage Museum to see its unique collection of world art.

During the tour, you visit the halls of the Winter Palace to explore the main collection of the Hermitage, including the masterpieces of Leonardo da Vinci, Rembrandt, El Greco, Francisco Goya and Thomas Gainsborough, as well as the famous Diamond Room that contains the unique collection of priceless gems belonging to the Romanov family.

Cross the Palace square to enter the General Staff Building which houses Hermitage's superb collection of Modern European Art, primarily consisting of the world-famous French impressionist and post-impressionist paintings.

After the tour, you return to your hotel to have some rest.

In the evening you enjoy a fascinating Folk Show at the Nikolaevsky Palace.

Day 7: Trip to Peterhof 

After breakfast, you meet your guide at the hotel lobby and have a unique hydrofoil ride to the outskirts of St. Petersburg to explore the former summer residence of Russian tsars and the gem of palace architecture - Peterhof.

During the tour, you visit the famous Bath Cottage and take a walk in the beautiful Lower Park, lavishly adorned with 176 fountains of various forms and styles and numerous gilded statues of ancient gods and heroes.

After the tour we invite you for a coffee break with a traditional Russian treat. After the break, you are taken back to your hotel in St.Peterburg and have the rest of the day at leisure.

Day 8: Trip to Pushkin & Farewell Dinner

After breakfast, you meet your guide at the hotel lobby and head for Pushkin (Tsarskoye Selo) to explore the brilliant Catherine's Palace that is a striking example of baroque architecture gifted by Peter the Great to his wife Catherine I.

During the tour, you walk through the lavish parks and gardens of this outstanding palace and enjoy its gorgeous interiors, including the replica of the world-renowned Amber Room.

After the tour we invite you for a glass of champagne and famous Russian red caviar. After this pleasant break, you return to your hotel in St. Petersburg. 

In the evening you enjoy Farewell dinner in a company of your guide and fellow travelers.

Day 9: Departure from St. Petersburg

After breakfast you check out from your hotel and your private driver takes you to the train station for your departure to Helsinki.

Day 9: Arrival 

Upon arrival in Helsinki, you are taken to your centrally located hotel for check in and have the evening at leisure.

Day 10: City Tour

After breakfast, your private guide takes you on a wonderful 4-hour Helsinki sightseeing tour to show you the best this city has to offer. During the tour, you walk through the vivid Central Harbor and Market Square, explore the charming Old Town and visit the famous Rock Church and the Helsinki Cathedral.

After the tour, you return to your hotel and have the rest of the day free and can continue exploring the city on your own.

Day 11: Departure

In the morning you check out from your hotel and your driver transfers you to the port where you board a ferry, that takes you to the beautiful capital of Estonia - Tallinn.

Day 11: Arrival and City Tour

Upon arrival, your driver meets you at the port and transfers you to your centrally located hotel to leave your luggage. Later you meet your guide at the hotel lobby and go on a wonderful 3-hour walking tour around the most magnificent attractions of Tallinn.

During the tour, you explore both Upper and Lower parts of the Old Town. In the Upper Old Town you visit the Alexander Nevsky Cathedral, go inside the Dome Church and admire magnificent views over the city rooftops from the observation platform.

In the Lower Old Town, you see the wonderful Town Hall Square and the Town Council's Pharmacy believed to be the oldest working pharmacy in Europe. Then you proceed to St. Catherine’s Passage that provides numerous shopping opportunities at the local craft workshops, including glass, leather, and ceramic wares, and finish the tour next to the iconic Viru Gates.

After the tour, you return to your hotel and have the rest of the day free.

Day 12: Departure

After breakfast, you check out from your hotel and your driver transfers you to the charming capital of Latvia - Riga.

Day 12: Arrival and City Tour

Upon arrival, you are taken to your centrally located hotel to leave your luggage. Later you meet your guide at the hotel lobby and go on a 3-hour walking city tour around the most interesting Riga attractions.

During the tour you take a walk on the cobblestone streets of the Old Town, visit the Dome Cathedral and the Church of St. Peter (entrance tickets are included) and explore the heart of Riga’s Art Nouveau heritage - a famous Albert street abundant in beautiful buildings with unusual sculptures, colored bricks and tiles, geometric ornaments and uniquely shaped windows.

After the tour, you return to your hotel and have the rest of the day free.

Day 13: Day at Leisure  

This day is free for you to continue exploring the fantastic attractions of Riga on your own or take one of our carefully prepared optional tours.

Day 14: Departure

After breakfast, you check out from your hotel and your driver transfers you to the beautiful capital of Lithuania - Vilnius

Day 14: Arrival and Sightseeing Tour

Upon arrival, you are taken to your centrally located hotel to leave your luggage. Later you meet your guide at the hotel lobby and go on a 3-hour walking city tour around the most fantastic Vilnius attractions.

During the tour, you explore the cobblestone streets of the Old Town, visit the famous Vilnius Cathedral and go inside the oldest university in Lithuania dating back to 1579 - the Vilnius University (entrance tickets are included).

After the tour, you return to your hotel and have the rest of the day free.

Day 15: Day at Leisure

This day is free for you to continue exploring the fantastic attractions of Vilnius on your own or join our carefully prepared optional tour.

Day 16: Departure

This is the last day of your amazing journey through Russia and the Baltics! After breakfast, you check out from your hotel and your driver transfers you to the airport for your flight back home. We wish you a safe flight and hope to work on your future trips!
