Day 1: Arrival to Paris
As they say, Paris is always a good idea! Bonjour and welcome to the most romantic city in the world and the charming capital of France - Paris! Upon arrival, your driver meets you at the arrivals hall of the airport holding a sign with your name on it and takes you to your centrally located hotel for check-in.
The rest of the day is free so you can start exploring the magnificent city centre on your own, dine in one of the local restaurants or take a good rest in your comfortable room.
Day 2: Exploring Crème de la Crème of Louvre & the Latin Quarter
After breakfast, your guide meets you in the hotel lobby and takes you on a 6-hour walking tour of the two famous districts of Paris: Latin Quarter (5th) and Marais (4th).
Your tour of the fabulous capital of France begins with the UNESCO Site Heritage - Banks of Seine River. Continue to the Latin quarter and taste a Bohemian charm of the medieval narrow streets and stone-paved alleyways. Reach the Ile de la Cite where you see the world’s most famous gothic cathedral - Notre Dame. Walk through the Ile Saint Louis and get closer to more sights: Hotel de Ville (city hall), Fountain of the Innocents and Palais Royal.
You then proceed with the tour of the Louvre Museum, one of the world’s largest museums, taking advantage of your skip-the-line tickets. You see the crème de la crème collections and the most celebrated works of art, ancient artifacts, Greek sculptures, including the famous Venus di Milo, Winged Victory, and masterpieces of Michelangelo, Eugene Delacroix, Paolo Veronese and the world's most enigmatic Portrait of Mona Lisa by Leonardo da Vinci.
After the tour, you return to the hotel and have the rest of the day free.
Day 3: Tour of the Champs-Elysees and Eiffel Tower Districts
Following breakfast, your guide meets you in the hotel lobby and takes you on a 5-hour walking tour of the Champs-Elysees (8th) and Eiffel Tower (7th) districts.
Today you start with outstanding Places Vendome and Concorde and proceed to the Tuileries Gardens - the oldest park in the city. You get to see one of the most recognizable landmarks with its magnificent glass-domed roof - Grand Palais and smaller but similar Petit Palais, built for the Universal Exhibition in 1900. Step on the most ornate and extravagant bridge in the city - Pont Alexandre III and continue to the Place de Trocadero which is the vantage point of the Eiffel Tower*.
After the tour, you may return to the hotel or take an optional boat cruise along the Seine river.
*Note: Tickets to the Eiffel Tower are not included in the city tour due to limited availability. Please, ask your travel specialist about available tickets for your tour date if you would like to include it. Upon request, the tickets can be arranged for a visit to the Eiffel Tower after the guided tour. Your guide would escort you to the Eiffel Tower, where you would have free time on your own for the visit.
Optional tour: Public (or Private) Boat Ride on Seine River, Paris
Start the cruise in the very heart of Paris and discover the most wonderful city gems including Louvre Museum, Cathedral Notre-Dame, the Eiffel Tower and other beautiful monuments from an absolutely different perspective.
Day 4: Tour of Versailles Magnifique
Following breakfast at your hotel, meet your guide in the lobby and have a day tour to the famous residence of French kings. Together with your experienced guide, you take a short train ride to taste what it means to be a local, and appear in the heart of Versailles in just 1 hour*.
You see the Palace of Versailles and admire its grandiose opulence from the inside. You get to walk through its well-known Hall of Mirrors where the Treaty of Versailles was signed and see the actual rooms of the most extravagant king of France, Louis the XIV. You also discover the world-famous Le Notre gardens, see the Grand Trianon (exterior) and enjoy an inside visit to Petit Trianon - Marie-Antoinette’s estate.
After the tour, you are taken back to your hotel and have the evening at leisure.

Day 5: Leisure Time and Train to Loire Valley
Today you check out from the hotel and have free time to continue enjoying Paris on your own or join our carefully planned optional day tours.

Join a small group of up to 8 participants for a masterclass of preparing some of the most famous French pastries: croissant, macaron, etc.

Meet a French fashion editor for a Paris based magazine to have a unique custom made behind-the-scenes tour related to fashion and design.
In the late afternoon, your driver meets you at the hotel lobby for a transfer to the train station, where you take a to Amboise. Upon arrival in 2 hours, your driver meets you at the train station and transfers you to the hotel for check-in.
Day 5: Arrival to Amboise
Upon arrival at the train station, your driver meets you and transfers to the hotel for check-in. The rest of the day is at your leisure.
Day 6: Loire Valley Touring with Chateau de Chenonceau and Chambord
In the morning after breakfast, you have a small group tour* to the Loire Valley.
It is a region well endowed with natural and built heritage, boasting a large number of Chateaux castles and vineyards, recognized by UNESCO. The first place you visit today is the Chateau de Chenonceau. During your guided tour you learn about the chateau and stroll along gardens of Chateau, making use of your included skip-the-line entrances.
Following lunch, you continue to a local winery where you have a tour and wine tasting.
After tasting you continue to the Estate of Chambord - an outstanding masterpiece included in the UNESCO world heritage list. During a guided tour of the chateau you stroll along rooms, see the double spiral staircase, and discover a connection between the project of the chateau and ideas of Leonardo da Vinci.
After the tour, you are taken back to Amboise. The rest of the day is at leisure.

Day 7: Train to Bordeaux
Following breakfast meet your driver at the hotel lobby and have a transfer to the city of Tour where you board the direct train to Bordeaux.
Day 7: Arrival to Bordeaux and City Tour
Upon arrival, you have a transfer to the hotel. Before check-in, you meet your guide and go on a 4-hour guided walking tour of Bordeaux and Musem of Wine and Trade.
Together with your guide, you see the top sights of the city of Bordeaux. You see the Place de la Bourse which was built by King Louis XV in the early 1700's as the Royal Plaza, the Water Mirror, Opera, Place de la Comedie, Porte Caillau, riverfront, Quinconces square and its majestic fountain, and Cathedrale Saint Andre.
Discover the history of famous Bordeaux wines, unique attributes, trade history and have a wine tasting at the end of the tour at the Museum of Wine and Trade.
After the tour, you return to your hotel and have the rest of the day free.

Day 8: Tour to Medoc
Today after breakfast prepare for a small group tour* to one of the most famous red wine districts in the world - to Medoc.
You visit a top winery in the Margaux appellation where you get to learn about the winemaking process and taste wines. Then continue to two renown wineries in Pauillac, where you have wine-tastings as well.
On the way back you ride along the Route des Chateaux, the legendary castle road, and see beautiful wineries. You are taken to Bordeaux and have the rest of the day free.

Day 9: Tour to Saint Emilion
In the morning after breakfast you start a small group tour* to Saint-Emilion where more than 800 producers make wine.
This wine region is located on the right bank of Bordeaux’ region and today you take a chance to walk in its lavish vineyards. You visit Chateaus, dive into the heritage of Bordeaux winemaking, grape varieties, and experience wine tastings. Today you also discover the charming UNESCO-listed village of Saint-Emilion on a short walking tour.
After the tour, you return to Bordeaux and have the rest of the day free.

Day 10: Departure from Paris
This is the last day of your tour of France. Your driver meets you at the hotel lobby and takes you to Bordeaux train station for your direct train to the Charles de Gaulle Airport for your flight back home.
