Day 2Oct 16

Exploring Western Jeju

After breakfast at your hotel, meet your private guide and driver in the lobby to embark on a full day private tour to explore the Western part of the Jeju island.

Among the interesting places you visit today is the Geumneung Stone Park, filled with stone statues which depict all sorts of interesting and quaint scenes of Jeju life, the O’sulloc Tea Museum in the Seogwang Tea Garden, where you learn about the Korea’s traditional tea culture and marvel at the nearby green tea fields.

You then visit the Jusangjeolli Cliff that was formed when the lava from Hallasan Mountain erupted into the sea. As the rock pillars are shaped like cubes or hexagons of various sizes it is hard to believe that they are not man-made.

Another natural wonder you see today is the Cheonjeyeon Falls waterfall, or the "The Pond of God" before concluding your tour for today with a visit to the Yakcheonsa Temple, one of the biggest Buddhist temples in Asia.

After the tour you are transferred to your hotel for check-in and have the evening at leisure.
