Day 1: Arrival to Tashkent
Welcome to Tashkent - the magnificent capital of Uzbekistan! Your driver meets you at the airport and transfers you to your centrally located hotel for check-in.
The rest of the day is free for you to have a good rest after your trip.
Day 2: Tashkent City Tour
After breakfast you meet your guide and driver and start exploring the capital of Uzbekistan situated at the foot of the Tien Shan Mountains.
During the sightseeing tour you explore Khast Imam Complex - a religious center of Tashkent, Kukeldash Madrasah and Chorsu bazaar. After a break for lunch you explore the new part of the city: Independence Square, Museum of Applied Arts of Uzbekistan, Navoi Theatre and Amir Temur Square.
After the tour you have the rest of the day free.
Day 3: Transfer to Tajikistan
In the morning you check out, meet your driver and head to Oybek where you cross the border between Uzbekistan and Tajikistan.

Day 2: Tashkent City Tour

Day 3: Khujand City Tour
After crossing the border, you meet your Tajik guide and continue your way to Khujand, the second largest city of Tajikistan.
Khujand is located on the Syr Darya River at the mouth of the Fergana Valley. It is one of the oldest towns not only in Tajikistan but also in the entire Central Asia. During the tour you visit the Registan Square, explore the Panjshanbe Bazaar - the biggest bazaar in Tajikistan, and admire Central Mosque. In the afternoon you visit the The Arbob Cultural Palace where the first president of Tajikistan was chosen.
After the tour you are transferred to the hotel for check-in. The rest of the evening is at leisure.

Day 4: Transfer to Dushanbe
Following breakfast, you check out and start your way to Dushanbe. The road goes over Anzob pass, a high mountain pass at an elevation of 3 372 m (11,063 ft) and through the tunnel of Istiqlol. Prepare your cameras, as today you have numerous photo stops to admire magnificent mountainous scenery.
Day 3: Khujand City Tour
After crossing the border, you meet your Tajik guide and continue your way to Khujand, the second largest city of Tajikistan.

Following breakfast, you check out and start your way to Dushanbe. The road goes over Anzob pass, a high mountain pass at an elevation of 3 372 m (11,063 ft) and through the tunnel of Istiqlol. Prepare your cameras, as today you have numerous photo stops to admire magnificent mountainous scenery.
Day 4: Dushanbe City Tour
The second half of the day is dedicated to Dushanbe exploration. The city tour covers Rudaki Park, White House, House of Parliament and Jomi Theatre. At the National Park you find the Ministry of Inner Affairs and the huge National Flag of Tajikistan. At 165 m (541 ft), Dushanbe Flagpole was the tallest free-standing flagpole in the world from its completion in 2011 until 2014.
In the evening you enjoy dinner at a traditional restaurant where you try Tajik national food. You spend the night at the centrally-located hotel.

Day 5: Iskanderkul Mountain Lake
Today you experience magnificent beauty of Tajikistan at its finest as you travel to Iskanderkul - a mountain lake of glacial origin. The lake lies at an altitude of 2,195 m (7,201 ft) in the famous Fann Mountains.
The road to the lake goes again over Anzob pass providing amazing panorama views. Upon arrival, you walk along Iskanderkul's fabulous beaches and optionally hike 40 minutes to a waterfall. After having some rest near the lake, you drive to Panjakent.
