Day 1: Arrival 
Welcome to the magnificent capital of Bavaria! 

Upon arrival, you meet your driver and head for your centrally-located hotel. After check-in the rest of the evening is free for you to enjoy Munich on your own.

Day 2: Day-trip to Neuschwanstein Castle & Bavarian Alps
Experience a truly royal day tour of the majestic Neuschwanstein Castle which inspired Walt Disney!

Today Neuschwanstein is one of the most popular of all the palaces and castles in Europe. Every year 1.4 million people visit "the castle of the fairy-tale king". Each summer around 6,000 visitors a day stream through rooms that were initially intended for a single inhabitant. During the guided group tour of the castle, you learn about the eccentric Fairy Tale King Ludwig II, a builder of this imposing landmark, his complicated life in Bavaria at the start of the Second Reich and his life-long friendship with the composer Richard Wagner.

On the way back to Munich, your private guide-driver can make a stop at Linderhof Palace or other beautiful sights in the picturesque region of Bavarian Alps.

Day 3: Munich City Tour & Departure
After breakfast, you meet your private guide and go on a fascinating 3-hour tour of Munich's beautiful old town to get an insight into the city's turbulent 850-year history.

With its exuberant atmosphere and vitality, Munich is one of Europe's great cultural centers. Enjoy your city tour around Marien Square, Church of Our Lady and Residenz Palace. In the ancient part of the town the world-famous Hofbrauhaus, the medieval town gates, and the colorful open-air market Viktualienmarkt are waiting for you. Munich’s elegant Maximilian Street offers views at the Bavarian Parliament, Deutsches Museum, Royal Palace and the Opera House. You also pass by Theatiner Church, Hall of Generals (Feldherrnhalle), and House of Arts, the Bavarian National Museum and the Angel of Peace.

After the tour, you return to your hotel to pick up your luggage and head for the train station.

Day 3: Arrival
Welcome to Stuttgart, the capital of southwest Germany’s state called Baden-Württemberg. 

Upon arrival, you meet your driver and head for your centrally-located hotel. After check-in the rest of the evening is free for you to start exploring the city on your own.

Day 4: Stuttgart City Tour
Following breakfast you meet your private guide and embark an entertaining and informative city walk through the historic heart of Stuttgart. In 3 hours your guide shows you all the main attractions such as the Old Castle, Neues Schloss (New Castle) and Schlossplatz, Rathaus or town hall, the ancient gathering place Marktplatz and many others. This trip through time covers the founding of the city in 950 all the way to the present day.

After the tour you return to the hotel and have the rest of the day at leisure.

Together with your private driver-guide you embark on a full-day tour of the Black Forest and explore the character of the region, that was the setting for Grimm Brothers’ fairy tales. During the full day journey through the Black Forest, you see the beautiful Mummelsee lake, can opt for a hike to the Hornisgrinde, the highest point in the Northern Black Forest, try local wine of the famous Baden wine region, and visit the town of Triberg, home to the biggest cuckoo clock in the world and the biggest waterfall in Germany. After the tour, you are taken directly to your hotel in Heidelberg for check-in.

Day 5: Arrival

Day 6: Old Town Walking Tour & Heidelberg Castle
Following breakfast at your hotel, meet your private guide in the lobby and enjoy a wonderful 4-hour walking old town or Altstadt tour and explore the university town of Heidelberg, with its historic and romantic appeal.

The old town of Heidelberg has a typical atmosphere of the German old quarters: squares where the locals socialize, cobblestone streets with bar terraces, and of course the marketplace, or the Marktplatz.

You get a chance to step inside the Studentenkarzer, the old Students' Prison, and hear interesting stories of how the students ended up here. You see the Old Bridge and admire the Church of the Holy Spirit, Heidelberg's main church.

After the pleasant walk through the Old Town, you board a historic funicular to reach the top of the hill where you find Schloss Heidelberg, the Heidelberg Castle, which is considered to be one of the most important ruins in Germany. These extraordinary Renaissance ruins that inspired Germany’s Romantics used to be the former seat of Heidelberg’s Prince Electors. In the Castle you also have a chance to visit the German Apothecary Museum and see the Great Tun, the biggest wine barrel in the world, that was able to hold 221,726 liters (or 58,578 gallons) of wine.

After the tour you take the funicular back down to the Old Town and return to your hotel. You have the afternoon and evening at leisure and can continue exploring Heidelberg on your own, or join one of our optional tours.

Day 7: Departure to Cologne
After breakfast and check-out you are met by your private driver and transferred to Mannheim train station for departure to Cologne.

Day 7: Arrival
Welcome to Cologne, the largest city of the most populous German federal state called North Rhine-Westphalia. 

Upon arrival, you meet your driver and head for your centrally-located hotel. After check-in, the rest of the evening is free for you to start exploring the city on your own.

Day 8: Day Trip to Dusseldorf
After breakfast, you meet your private driver in the hotel lobby and have a transfer to the train station. After a 30-minute train ride, meet your private guide and embark on an exciting journey through the history and modern life of Dusseldorf. 

Upon arrival, you start a tour from the heart of the city - its famous Altstadt (Old Town). Together with your private guide you stroll through the maze of little streets, discover the "longest bar in the world", learn about the early ages of Heinrich Heine, a famous German poet, admire the gothic St. Lambertus church, the Rider statue, and the Rhine embankment promenade.

Your walking part ends at Burgplatz pier from where you start a panoramic cruise on the Rhine River. Your public boat ride covers the route from Altstadt to the MedienHafen and back. MedienHafen is a modern district famous as one of the most spectacular urban revitalization projects.

After the tour, you take a train back to Cologne, have a transfer back to the hotel and have an evening at leisure.

Day 9: Cologne Walking Tour & Departure
Following breakfast, you meet your private guide and together you discover the must-see sights of Cologne.

Your exploration starts with the outstanding gothic Cathedral of Cologne included in the UNESCO World Heritage list. Kölner Dom, as it is called in German, with its 160 meters (525 ft) height, proudly dominates the skyline of the city. You explore the cathedral's interiors, its treasure chamber and, if you want, climb the 533 steps to the top of the tower to catch the most comprehensive view over the city and the Rhine. After you stroll along the streets of the old center, meet the 'Tünnes und Schäl' figures, representing the original locals, see the old charming houses, historic town hall, and tower.

After the tour, you return to your hotel to pick up your luggage, and your private driver transfers you to the train station for your train to Berlin.

Day 9: Arrival
Upon arrival, you are met by your private driver, who transfers you to your hotel for the check-in. 

The rest of the day is at your own leisure to relax after the trip. Alternatively, you can choose one of our carefully planned optional tours.

Day 10: Berlin City Tour
After breakfast at your hotel, meet your private guide in the lobby and explore the capital of Germany on a 3-hour walking city tour and see the main Berlin highlights from the Berlin Wall to the Brandenburg Gate, from the site of Hitler's bunker to the Reichstag parliament building (no entrances included).

During the tour you discover Checkpoint Charlie, the site where the Stasi and CIA spied on each other. You hear the amazing stories surrounding this Cold War crossing point.

You walk across the final battlefield of World War II and find out how the peculiar events surround the Reichstag. You explore the Memorial to the Murdered Jews of Europe and get the inside story behind the incredible controversy surrounding it.

When passing the Berlin Wall you learn the secret history of why it went up and how Berlin was divided overnight. You also visit Berlin's spectacular new government quarter and get a feel for the contemporary face of the city and its development since the fall of the Wall.

You have the afternoon and evening at leisure and can continue exploring Berlin on your own, or join one of our optional tours.

Day 11: Day Trip to Potsdam & Visit to Palaces and Parks of Potsdam
After breakfast at your hotel, meet your private guide and driver in the lobby to embark on a 6-hour day trip to the city of Potsdam, the former royal seat of Prussia that now boasts UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Upon arrival, you take a walk through the old town of Potsdam, admire the beautiful New Market Square with the royal stables, the old market with the Church of St. Nicholas. Here in Potsdam you can stroll through the Dutch Quarter or see Alexandrowka, the Russian Colony.

After exploring the historic city of Potsdam, you head to the famous summer residence of the Prussian king Frederick the Great, the Sanssouci Palace and Park (audioguide tour included). You also have a chance to visit the Cecilienhof Palace, the site of the Potsdam Conference, a symbol of the end of World War II and the beginning of the Cold War. After the tour you are taken back to your hotel in Berlin and have the evening at leisure.

Day 12: Departure
This is the final day of your tour. Following breakfast you check out from the hotel and your driver takes you to the airport for your flight back home.

How to book

To book, all you need to do is to make a deposit of 20% of trip price. The 20% deposit is non-refundable, but you can always transfer it to another trip if your plans change.  Just click on the red button in the top right corner that will take you to the Payment page. After you make your deposit, we will book all things that you chose.

Can I modify my trip after I booked

Of course! You can continue planning and even changing your trip to your heart's content up to 90 days before departure. Just keep in mind that all non-refundable hotels are set in stone.
