What is an itinerary

This is a trip planner, which allows you to design your trip as you want it. You can add destinations, edit the number of days at each destination, move things around. You can choose what to include in the program from our inventory or you can add your own reservations. It’s up to you!

What’s included and what’s not

Everything that is listed in the itinerary is included. You are welcome to choose which services you want to book with us and which services you will book yourself. The total price on the itinerary will show the price of all services that you added from our inventory. The price of services that you are arranging somewhere else is not included in the total.

Flights and transportation

International flights are not included, but all transportation between destinations on the itinerary is included if you have selected our transport connections. For example, if you see a train connection on the itinerary it is included in the price. In general, everything you see on the itinerary is included in the price (unless you added your own inventory).

Hotels

If you selected our hotels, they are included. In the case of experiences, there are free and paid experiences. When adding experiences to the program, you decide what to add, simply tickets or a professional guide. You can also create your own list of top things to do and do them on your own.

How to book

When you have finished putting together your perfect trip, you can click the Book button on top of the page, and complete your booking. Depending on how far in advance you are booking, we will ask you to pay a deposit or full payment.

How to change your plans after booking

If you would like to modify your itinerary after you booked it, you can do that by creating a new trip version by clicking Unlock button. Our system will create a new version of your trip, transfer all paid balance (if any) and open this new version for editing. Please note, there is a cut-off period for modifications, typically 30 days before the beginning of the trip. If there are supplier cancelation fees arising from your modifications, we will do our best to minimize them, but ultimately you will be responsible for paying them.

Today you enjoy a panoramic Moscow city tour and have a chance to witness one of the best city views at Sparrow Hills and see the grand building of Moscow State University, the highest of seven Stalinist skyscrapers of Moscow. Today you also see the spectacular Cathedral of Christ the Savior and learn the story of its destruction and reconstruction. Today you also drive by the Victory park, have a photo stop at the Triumphal Arch and visit the new Zaryadye Park, dubbed as the new symbol of Moscow, where you have amazing photo opportunities with the most picturesque views on the historic center of Moscow.

This day is dedicated to the exploration of one of the most outstanding Moscow icons - the Kremlin and the heart of Moscow - the Red Square. Following breakfast, you meet your guide in the hotel lobby and walk to the Kremlin territory where you have a chance to explore the gems hidden behind the Kremlin walls such as the Cathedral Square and the Assumption and Annunciation cathedrals. Then you visit the famous Armoury Chamber that houses a unique collection of crown jewels, stunning coronation finery, hand-forged armor and weapons, royal carriages and sleighs, and world-famous Fabergé eggs. After a break, you take a walk through the beautiful Red Square, see the colorful St. Basil's Cathedral and explore the GUM department store. Here you have a chance to taste famous ice cream that has been the well-known trademark of the Main Department Store since Soviet times. You also visit the new Zaryadye Park, dubbed as the new symbol of Moscow, where you have amazing photo opportunities with the most picturesque views on the historic center of Moscow. After the tour you either continue exploring Zaryadye Park or return to your centrally located hotel, the rest of the day is at leisure. *Note: Kremlin is closed on Thursday.

Meet your guide in the hotel lobby and have a transfer to the Exhibition of Achievements of National Economy or VDNKh in Russian. The exhibition is one of the most popular public spaces in Moscow for locals and visitors. It offers a great amount of cultural exhibitions, sculptures, amusement parks, recreational areas, theaters and restaurants to meet any taste. Here you can also admire the great scale of architecture and art of the Soviet era. For example, you can visit the Moscow Model Pavilion housing a magnificent model of the Russian capital (free entrance). As a part of your visit, you have a tour dedicated to the space history of the Soviet Union at the Museum of Cosmonautics. It was solemnly opened on April 10, 1981, in commemoration of the 20th anniversary of the first space flight performed by the inhabitant of the Earth - Y. Gagarin. The museum contains a wide variety of Soviet and Russian space-related exhibits and models which explore the history of flight, astronomy, space exploration and space technology. After the tour, you take a ride on the Moscow Subway and feel the taste of local life and explore the most beautiful stations of Moscow Subway, which is known to be one of the most beautiful and efficient metro systems in the world. After touring the subway, you walk back to your hotel. *Note: the Museum of Cosmonautics is closed on Monday

Today you meet your guide at the hotel lobby and go to the legendary Hermitage Museum to see its unique collection of world art. During the tour, you visit the halls of the Winter Palace to explore the main collection of the Hermitage, including the masterpieces of Leonardo da Vinci, Rembrandt, El Greco, Francisco Goya and Thomas Gainsborough. You then cross the Palace square to enter the General Staff Building which houses Hermitage's superb collection of Modern European Art, primarily consisting of the world-famous French impressionist and post-impressionist paintings. After the tour, you have an outstanding time making a wonderful Russian craft to take home as a souvenir. During the 2-hour private master class, you get to paint a traditional Russian matryoshka doll with your own hands. Together with a local artist, who guides you through the process of painting your doll, you choose your doll set, colors, patterns and design. All the materials for the class are included. Following the class you enjoy a tea-break. Afterwards you are transferred to your hotel and have the rest of the day at leisure.

Enchanting festival of Russian spirit "Feel yourself Russian" is performed by a professional folk ensemble at the Nikolaevsky Palace. The musicians brilliantly perform folk compositions. Besides the accordion and balalaika which are traditional for Russia, some rare and even exotic musical instruments are used by this group. These extraordinary performances are full of humor and stress the efficiency of the instruments players, their ability to turn the ordinary into the beautiful and remarkable. The show consists of two parts, during the break guests are offered some snacks and drinks.

After breakfast you meet your guide in the hotel lobby and continue exploring St. Petersburg attractions. The first on your list is the museum presenting Russia in miniature. Grand Maket Russia covers an area of 800 sq m (8,600 sq ft), and you can find almost every typical view of Russia on it. The child-friendly exposition has lots of moving cars, trains, tiny human and animal figures that create the genre scenes; light and sound effects add dynamics to the composition. After a lunch break you travel to the outskirts of St. Petersburg to explore the former summer residence of Russian tsars and the gem of palace architecture - Peterhof. During the tour you take a walk in the beautiful gardens, lavishly adorned with 176 fountains of various forms and styles and numerous gilded statues of ancient gods and heroes. Today you also learn about the tricky fountains created by Peter I, who was known to be fond of this sort of jokes and pranks. You see Umbrella Fountain with jets of water pouring off the cap, the Roman Fountains that are shallow enough for children to wade in them, the Pyramid Fountain, the Spruce Fountain, the Chessboard Cascade and the Lion Cascade. After the 7-hour tour you travel to the center of St. Peterburg. *Note: the fountains operate in April - September.
