Rome, Italy

The legendary Eternal City, vibrant Rome is a unique living museum which never lets you forget about its saturated almost 3-thousand-year history. Ever asked yourself why they say that "all roads lead to Rome"? Well, the gorgeous Italian capital is, indeed, a multifaceted place where monumental ruins are adjacent to cozy cafes, gorgeous basilicas coexist with posh boutiques, and there are so many iconic Rome attractions that it's possible to write a dozen books if counting them all! The ancient Roman Forum, the famed Spanish Steps, the impressive Pantheon… you'll come across a remarkable landmark at almost every corner. In fact, there is no date on the calendar when the lines near the Colosseum or the sacred Vatican disappear or no traveler throws a coin into the marvelous Trevi Fountain. But one thing is absolutely certain - visiting Rome is an absolute "must" at least once in a lifetime! ...

Siena, Italy

Resting in the heart of Tuscany, Siena is probably the most famous town in the area after Florence. In contrast to the latter though, Siena represents the Medieval part of Italy's history and brings to its visitors serenity and the comforting feel of a smaller traditional place. Being a convenient hub for exploring Tuscany, Siena offers excellent opportunities for wine-lovers too. For example, you can take a trip to Pienza and try traditional Italian cheese before you carry on to Montepulciano, the birthplace of Tuscany's best wines. ...
  • Day By Day

    Day 1: Arrival in Tuscany
Upon arrival, you have a check-in at your charming farm hotel and the rest of the day is at your own leisure.

    Day 2: Siena Sightseeing
Following breakfast in the hotel, meet with your driver and travel to  Siena, where you meet a local guide.

In about four hours you explore Italy's loveliest medieval city. During the walking tour, you visit all of the major sights including the Cathedral of the Duomo, which houses the works of artists like Nicola Pisano, Ghirlandaio, Ghiberti, Donatello and Jacopo della Quercia. You then see the Piazza del Campo - a shell-shaped structure, which is also a major attraction famous for hosting horse races.

After the tour you return to the farm hotel in the Tuscany region.

    Day 3: Gastronomic Tour
Following breakfast in your hotel,  meet your private guide and driver, and embark on a tour dedicated to two very symbolic specialties of Italy: extra virgin olive oil and pasta!

Today you get to visit probably one of the most enchanting villages of Tuscany where you visit the original pasta factory. Following a tour of the factory, you continue to the village to visit the medieval castle and start a tour of the traditional oil mill. Here you can taste the best extra virgin olive oil. During the day you also enjoy a light lunch and step in a butcher shop to sample cold meats.

After the tour, you return to the farm hotel.

*Please note: the tour is not available on Wednesday and Sunday.

    Day 4: Chianti Wine Trail
Following breakfast in your hotel,  meet your private driver-guide and embark on a full day tour to the Chianti region which lies between Florence and Siena.

Today you visit an organic or a biodynamic winery, stroll through the vineyards, explore its cellars and have a tasting of Chianti Classico, Chianti Classico Riserva, and Supertuscan wines. One more highlight of the day is a virgin olive oil tasting and homemade lunch.

After the tour you return to the farm hotel.

Day 5: Cooking Class at the Farm Estate
Following breakfast in the hotel, you have a morning and early afternoon at leisure.

In the late afternoon, you join a small group of food enthusiasts and chef to have a cooking class of bruschetta and homemade pasta.

Today you learn how to make delicious Italian dishes and pair them with Vernaccia white wine tasting. Following the cooking class, you enjoy dinner and get recipes for your future culinary masterpieces.

    Day 6: Departure to Rome
Following breakfast and check-out, you meet your private driver to have a transfer to Rome.
