First part of the tour is dedicated to Moldova's capital. Your route covers both historic and modern faces of Chisinau. You see administrative buildings like the Parliament of the Republic of Moldova, admire cultural centers, like National Theater and Organ Hall, and explore famous monuments like the Arch of Triumph and Cathedral of the Nativity.
The next on your list is the picturesque setting of Orhei Vechi. You get a unique chance to visit the ancient city that contains traces of different civilizations, including the remnants of Geto-Dacian fortress (6th - 1st centuries BC). You continue to the well-maintained Orthodox cave monastery of St. Maria Dormata that has been expanded and modified inside the cliff over the centuries.
As a highlight, you visit Cricova wine cellars, that are the second largest wine cellar in Moldova. They house 120 km (75 mi) of labyrinthine roadways and tunnels, which have existed under Cricova since the 15th century. This "wine city" has its warehouses, tasting rooms and other facilities underground. You enjoy tasting of 4 wines before you are finally transferred to Chisinau.

Following breakfast, you meet you guide-driver and head for Soroca Fortress built in a perfect circle on the Dniester River. This well-restored and well-maintained fortress was build in 16th century. During the Medieval period, this fortress was a part of a huge defence system.
Upon arrival, you pay an inside visit to Soroka Fortress and enjoy the stunning views over the surrounding countryside, the river and even neighbouring Ukraine.
The next stop is dedicated to the other tourist attraction in Soroka - the monument called Thanksgiving Candle. The monument of about 30 m (97 ft) tall symoolizes a candle and represents a tribute to those who have preserved the culture, language and history of Moldova. You can walk 650 steps up to the monument to catch more breathtaking views over the area.
After the tour you return to Chisinau.

After breakfast you meet your guide-driver and continue exploring Moldova.
You first stop is dedicated to Capriana Monastery dating back to the 15th century. The "Spiritual centre of middle Moldavia" is full of beautiful holy paintings, praying spaces and wall paintings. Your private guide tells you about the different historical periods and significance of this marvelous place.
Another monastery that you visit today is Hancu Monastery. It was built by Mihail Hancu in the 17th century, when his daughter expressed a desire to become a nun.
The next on your list is Milestii Mici Сellars. With over 200 km (125 mi) of underground roadways and 2,000,000 bottles of wine, Milestii Mici is registered in the Guinness World Records as the biggest wine collection in the world. Your enjoy a guided tour trough wine cellars and tasting of different 3 wines.
Afterwards, you return to Chisinau.

This is the last day of your Moldova's adventure. After breakfast you check out and have a transfer to the airport. We wish you a safe flight and hope to work on your future trips!

How to book
To book, all you need to do is to make a deposit of 20% of trip price. The 20% deposit is non-refundable, but you can always transfer it to another trip if your plans change. Just click on the red button in the top right corner that will take you to the Payment page. After you make your deposit, we will book all things that you chose.
Can I modify my trip after I booked
Of course! You can continue planning and even changing your trip to your heart's content up to 90 days before departure. Just keep in mind that all non-refundable hotels are set in stone.
