Day 1: Arrival to Naples
Welcome to Naples! Upon arrival, you are met by your private driver who transfers you to your centrally-located hotel for the check-in. The rest of the day is at your own leisure to relax after the trip.
Day 2: Naples Sightseeing
Following breakfast in the hotel, you meet with your private guide who takes you on a touring program around the best sights of charming Naples, one of the oldest continuously inhabited cities in the world. Its towering palaces, narrow streets, ancient churches and underground passages dating to different time periods are making Naples city center probably the most unchanged one in Europe.
Start your tour in the Monumental Area of the city and see Plebiscito Square, Galleria Umberto I, San Carlo Opera House and the Royal Palace of Naples (from outside). Proceed to the UNESCO-listed historic center of Naples. Walk along Via San Gregorio Armeno, the crib-alley with the shops exclusively dedicated to the famous Neapolitan Crib, and see the churches of Gesù Nuovo and Santa Chiara. The highlight of the tour is a visit to Sansevero Chapel Museum to admire the masterpieces of the world artistic heritage.
Why not to get acquainted with the culture of Neapolitan street food in the city that booasts to be the motherland of pizza? You can choose to try fried pizza or neopolitan cuoppo with fried fish. Sfogliatella pastry - the most famous neapolitan pastry - is naturally in the tasting too!
You then continue to the Dante Metro Station which features modern installations by internationally renowned artists. You ride one stop and arrive at the Toledo Metro Art Station, designed around the themes of light and water. Built at 50 m (164 ft) deep, the station extends below the ground water. After the tour you return to your hotel and have the rest of the day free.
Day 3: Trip to Pompeii
After breakfast your private guide and driver meet you at the hotel lobby and take you on a 4-hour scenic sightseeing trip.
Today you discover the archeological sites of Pompeii, set near the foot of a picturesque mountain. In 79 AD Pompeii, one of the greatest and richest cities of the Roman age, was tragically completely destroyed as a result of the volcanic eruption of Mount Vesuvius.
During the trip to this unique UNESCO World Heritage Site you see the artifacts, city walls, the Pompeii amphitheater and other excavated finds, buried alive under 4 to 6 m (13-20 ft) of volcanic ash almost 2000 years ago, that give you a detailed insight into the life of the city.
After the tour, you are transferred back to your hotel in Naples.
Day 4: Departure from Naples
Following breakfast in your hotel you check out and have a transfer to the port.
Day 4: Arrival
Upon arrival at the Lipari Island, you walk to the hotel and have the rest of the day at leisure.
Day 5: Wine Tour
Following breakfast in your hotel, meet your taxi transfer to visit one of the most scenic wineries of the island Lipari.
Here you have a tasting with a short introduction to each wine and a tour around the property. Witness the view from the observation point overlooking the sea and the volcanic island. Today we have planned a delicious lunch for you including a pasta dish and a platter of choice local products.
After the tour you have a taxi transfer back to the hotel.
Day 6: Departure
Following breakfast in your hotel, you check out and depart from Lipari.
Day 6: Arrival in Taormina and City Tour
Upon arrival at your hotel you have a check-in and time for lunch before meeting your private guide.
In the afternoon you take off to see the highlights of Taormina. During the tour you stroll along the main street, Corso Umberto I, and visit the Greco-Roman Theater that has Etna as its backdrop.
After the tour you return to the hotel and have the rest of the evening at leisure.
Day 7: Day Trip to Mount Etna and Wine Tasting
In the morning meet your private driver and set off on a trip to one of the most famous Sicily attractions - Mount Etna, the highest volcano in Europe.
Your driver takes you to an access point - the Rifugio Sapienza on the southern slope located 2,000 meters (6562 feet) above sea level. Here you take a walk to visit the "Silvestri" craters and the latest new lava flows and craters from 2001-2003 and enjoy the desert moon atmosphere!
On the way down you also visit a local winery to have a tasting of the Etna wine.
After the winery visit you have a transfer back to Taormina hotel.
Day 8: Departure from Taormina
Following breakfast in your hotel, you check out and depart from Taormina.
Day 8: Arrival in Agrigento region
Upon arrival at your hotel, you have the rest of the day at leisure.
*Note: cooking class with dinner is included in 2021 season. You may add this activity in this program 2020 at an extra charge.
Day 9: Valley of the Temples & Scala dei Turchi Cliffs
Today after a delicious breakfast at the hotel you explore famous Agrigento sights and its surroundings in 4 hours.
Your exploration begins with a 2-hour guided tour of one of the two highlights of the city - the splendid Valley of the Temples. It is a UNESCO World Heritage site where you visit the near-intact Temple of Concord, the best-preserved temple in the World and one of the symbols of Sicily.
In the second part of the tour you enjoy a trip with your private driver to the seaside to see the famous Scala dei Turchi Cliffs. The dazzling chalky white rocky cliff eroded conveniently into stairs rising 50 meters above sea level. This natural phenomenon so-called "Stairs of the Turks" allows for easy walking. Its gleaming color is eye-catching enough, but what makes it even more remarkable is that it looks like a staircase carved by man even though its shape is entirely natural.
After the tour you return to your hotel and have the evening at leisure.

Day 10: Departure
Following breakfast at your hotel, you check out and depart from Agrigento.
Day 10: Arrival in Palermo
Welcome to Palermo - the stunning capital of Sicily. Upon arrival you have a check-in to the hotel.
The rest of the day is at your own leisure to relax after the trip.
Day 11: Palermo City Tour
After breakfast, you meet with your private guide to enjoy a comprehensive sightseeing tour of Palermo.
The capital of Sicily - Palermo - has been a crossroads for cultures and civilizations for 8 millennia. Together with your private guide, you visit the Norman Palace and the Palatine Chapel.
Then you walk along Villa Bonanno to the Cathedral in Corso Vittorio Emanuele, just to admire the exterior; continue along Vittorio Emanuele to the imposing Four Corners. Then on to the Tuscan fountain in Piazza Pretoria and just behind it see two splendid Arabo-Norman churches, La Martorana and San Cataldo.
After the tour, you return to the hotel. You have rest of the day free to enjoy Palermo on your own or join our carefully planned optional tour.
Day 12: Departure
This is the last day of your amazing tour to Italy! After breakfast your driver meets you at the hotel lobby and takes you to the airport for your flight back home.

How to book
To book, all you need to do is to make a deposit of 20% of trip price. The 20% deposit is non-refundable, but you can always transfer it to another trip if your plans change. Just click on the red button in the top right corner that will take you to the Payment page. After you make your deposit, we will book all things that you chose.
Can I modify my trip after I booked
Of course! You can continue planning and even changing your trip to your heart's content up to 90 days before departure. Just keep in mind that all non-refundable hotels are set in stone.
